A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party company that powers that tool. Middlesex County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the query under its separate privacy policy and terms.
If you send an email or other message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless a lawful order requires disclosure or a service provider must handle the communication for us.
